A multi-disciplinary creative agency based by St Peter's Square, Manchester is now seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead multiple workplace design projects alongside a diverse team of designers, architects, and branding experts. Our client is a mid-sized multi-disciplinary agency that specialises in the design and transformation of modern workspaces, working across a range of projects in real estate, interior design and branding. This role requires an experienced Interior Designer with a strategic mindset, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of workplace trends and spatial design.

Interior Designer Position Overview

Assist in the design and development of workplace interiors, from concept to completion
Participate in space planning, ensuring efficient and functional layouts for office environments
Support senior designers in creating mood boards, colour schemes, and material selections
Contribute to the preparation of presentations and design documentation
Conduct site visits and help coordinate design elements during the construction phase

Interior Designer Position Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial interior design, with a focus on office environments
Proficiency in design software such as Revit and Adobe
Strong knowledge of workplace design trends, space planning, and interior architecture, with an emphasis on functionality and aesthetics
Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results

Interior Designer Position Remuneration

£30,000 - £37,000 salary (D.O.E.)
Flexible working with core hours 10am-4pm
1 day work from home
Early finish on Friday
25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown
Pension - employer contributes 5%
