Elevate Projects are working in partnership with a valued client to appoint an experienced Sales and Services Officer to work part time with there home ownership team. You'll act as a first point of contact for residents and colleagues on all aspects of lease holder resale's.
Other responsibilities include:
* Prepare and send responses to management.
* Preparing packs and pre-assignment enquires from solicitors.
* Taking responsibility for the accuracy of information delivered.
* Hold responsibility of responding to correspondence, writing standard and none standard letters on occasional complex matters.
* General administration duties, this includes managing data and emails, covering team phone lines.
