We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations manager to join a supportive team. This innovative practice serves over 17,500 patients from state-of-the-art premises, with a branch site nearby. Ideal candidates must have previous general practice experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure efficient and productive practice operations
• Team building, leadership, and staff performance management
• Compliance with health and safety, employment, data protection, and other legislation
• Maintain CQC standards
• Monitor and optimise contractual performance
• Deliver excellent, responsive, and safe patient care
• Induct, train, and empower staff
• Handle complaints
• Maintain practice website and patient communications
• Utilise technology to maximise productivity
About You:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities and proficiency with IT systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Organised, calm under pressure, and a strong 'can do' attitude
• Experience using EMIS
