About the Production Operative Role: We are recruiting for a Production Operative Flow Controller (Jambuster) for a high-profile automated distribution site. You will be working in a supportive role and part of a wider maintenance team.

The Production Operative Flow Controller is responsible for the day-to-day system monitoring and to ensure the flow of product on the site, ensuring all basic preventive and corrective activities are completed to the highest standards in line with all current legislation and OEM standards. You will be working within the wider engineering team and full training is offered. The ideal candidate will have an engineering qualification and an interest in engineering and be self-motivated and diligent. You will need to have an understanding of working within a warehouse environment in a physical role and have good IT skills.
