FINTEC recruit is supporting recruitment for positions based in Dubai.  We are looking for a Marble Engineer, working for specialist engineering business, where the role is overseeing production processes from cutting and shaping to finishing and polishing marble products.  This is leadership role where you are able to provide guidance in marble products for the engineering team and provide mentorship to more junior staff.   The company offer full sponsorship and ongoing assistance, help with accommodation, travel,  flights etc.  Salary for this role is depending on experience .

Key Responsibilities:

Implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste while maintaining high quality standards.

Coordinate and schedule production activities to meet customer demand and project timelines.

Monitor the work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of marble products.

Maintain detailed production records, including output reports, material usage, and equipment maintenance logs.

Address any production issues or equipment malfunctions promptly to minimise downtime.

Skills and qualifications required for the Marble Engineering role:

Diploma or equivalent; a degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a marble production or similar manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of marble processing techniques, equipment, and tools used in production.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.

Strong analytical skills with a focus on improving production efficiency and product quality.

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
