Quantity Surveyor - Bristol

? About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team in Bristol. As the QS, you will manage all cost aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial feasibility through to final account, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

? Key Responsibilities:

* Lead on project cost management and contract administration.

* Review and assess tender submissions and negotiate with contractors.

* Manage sub-contractor agreements, variations, and final accounts.

* Provide accurate cost reporting to senior stakeholders.

* Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless delivery.

? About You:

* Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within residential or mixed-use development.

* Strong knowledge of JCT contracts.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
