As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

Oversee the day-to-day management of residential blocks, ensuring high service standards.
Act as the main point of contact for, residents, and contractors.
Arrange and oversee maintenance, repairs, and major works projects.
Ensure compliance with health & safety and legal requirements.
Prepare and manage budgets and service charge accounts.
Conduct site inspections and address any arising issues proactively.
Personal experience and requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management.
Strong knowledge of block management, leasehold legislation, and service charges.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience in managing a team
Ability to work under pressure and keep tight deadlines
