We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Energy Assessor to join our client's team on a remote basis. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in SBEM assessments and be adept at providing precise energy assessments and compliance calculations for commercial properties.

Perform SBEM assessments across a range of commercial properties to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
Issue Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for commercial buildings and offer guidance on energy efficiency enhancements.
Work closely with project teams, architects, and engineers to assess energy consumption and suggest cost-effective optimization solutions.Key Requirements:

SBEM experience is preferable.
A Level 4 NDEA (Non-Domestic Energy Assessor) qualification is essential.
An OCDEA (On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor) qualification is beneficial but not essential.
Experience in new-build projects
