Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, business development, networking and being a spokesperson for the brand, increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. This role requires a proactive individual with a proven sales record who will be the face of the company and a spokesperson with an enthusiastic sex positive attitude. An understanding and experience in Social Media Marketing, media buying, PR and to a lesser degree SEO will be essential.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Be a spokesperson for the brand.
Contact potential partner sites and establish collaborative agreements.
Engage with clients and members to onboard to the platform.
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
Participate in SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and increase conversions.
Help Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement. 
What you need to be successful:

A sex positive attitude
Demonstrated experience in growing social media presence, engagement.
Experienced in collaborative agreements with external sources.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Understanding how to measure success
