What You'll Do:

Plan and deliver lessons that are not only educational but also fun and interactive, capturing the imagination of Year 1 students.
Focus on developing the core skills of literacy, numeracy, and phonics, using a range of resources and activities that make these essential skills accessible and enjoyable for young learners.
Establish a warm, safe, and supportive classroom environment where students feel valued and are encouraged to take risks in their learning.
Regularly assess student progress through observations, assessments, and feedback.
Work closely with your colleagues to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to teaching and learning across the school.
Participate in planning sessions, share best practices, and contribute to school-wide initiatives.What We're Looking For:

You're a qualified teacher with experience in early years or Key Stage 1 education and have a strong understanding of the developmental needs of young children.
You bring a high level of creativity and energy to your teaching, with a passion for making learning enjoyable and engaging for young students.
You have strong classroom management skills and are able to create a structured and orderly environment where students can thrive.
