Job Title: Rigging Sales Manager
Location: Leeds | Hybrid
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 DOE
Bonus, £6K car allowance, hybrid working, 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, paid door-to-door travel

Key Responsibilities:
Build and lead a team of rigging salespeople as the division grows
Attend client meetings to showcase and provide expert advice on rigging products, including chain hoists, clamps, and truss
Conduct compelling product demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth
Reignite relationships with existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
Manage and grow key supplier relationships to ensure seamless product availability and service
Provide top-level account management, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business
Take full responsibility for the growth and profitability of the rigging division
What We're Looking For:
Strong management experience within the events and entertainment industry
Sales experience isn't a requirement but would be beneficial
A solid understanding of rigging products, such as chain hoists, clamps, and truss
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
Strong organisational skills and a results-driven attitude
