Rotating 12-hour shift Day shift/Night shift – Flexibility required.

We are currently seeking a Production Operative to join our team in Chippenham.

As a key member of our production team, you will:

Operate machinery to ensure standard output and meet production targets.
Follow Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times.
Contribute to the development and implementation of site improvement plans.
Perform autonomous maintenance tasks as scheduled.
Be prepared to undertake training to enhance skills as needed.
Support other operational departments as required.Your Profile:

Previous experience in production.
