Job Title: 1st Line IT Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily engineering projects, schedule appointments, update documents, and communicate with customers via phone, email, and Salesforce.
* Log, triage, and direct support requests, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
* Allocate and re-allocate engineering resources based on priority, availability, and location.
* Ensure field engineers update records in real time and follow up on outstanding tasks.
* Liaise with customers on project updates, preventative maintenance, and rental equipment collection.
* Assist with order processing, stock management, and general office administration.
* Create and distribute service reports, patch updates, and other required communications.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Experience in a Helpdesk/Service Desk role, with customer support expertise.
* IT knowledge or interest (qualifications desirable).
* Strong communication and multitasking skills.
* Proficient in IT systems, data entry, and administrative tasks
