I have a fantastic opportunity, with my highly regarded and successful Estate Agency client, who are looking for an experienced estate agent to lead their team in Cirencester. As the Branch Manager you will be an inspirational leader, possessing the ability to lead this flagship office by example.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Branch Manager:

Ø Lead an experienced and highly successful sales team

Ø Develop a strategy of new business generation for continued branch growth

Ø Carry out valuations and new property listings

Ø Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

Ø Help continue to grow the success of the wider company

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Branch Manager:

Ø Previous experience in a senior estate agency role is essential

Ø Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ø A Full UK driving licence and access to your own business appropriate vehicle

Ø Proven background of delivering exceptional results

My client is offering an annual salary of up to £38,000 (DOE), plus a car allowance, with OTE expected to be around £70,000
