Outbound Telephone Executive
We are recruiting for an Outbound Telephone Executive to work in our busy Middlesbrough office. We are looking for someone who has great customer service skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
* Identify and qualify potential new customers across a broad range of industries.
* Contact current and potential new accounts / via telephone, email and social media
* Identify client needs and special requirements and propose solutions and quotations.
* Hand over call reports to sales manager for further evaluation
* Expand and maintain a relationship with a multitude of different customers
* Maintain the highest level of customer care
