My client a well established manufacturing company based in Burnley is looking for a dedicated and reliable cleaner to join them on a temp-perm basis. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings.
The hours are Monday-Friday 1pm-7pm
30 hours per week
General duties include:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures
- Empty bins and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, common areas, hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
