Quantum Scholars is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant for a well-regarded primary school in Staines, Surrey. This full-time position begins in October half term and is initially contracted until Easter 2025, with the potential to become a permanent role thereafter.

Assist teacher in the classroom, providing support to students with their learning and development.
Help to create a positive and inclusive environment for all students.
Support the preparation and organization of teaching materials and classroom activities.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.
Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to ensure the well-being and progress of all students.Requirements

Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
A positive and proactive attitude, with a passion for supporting children's education and well-being.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
