Co-ordinate and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage recruitment, selection and onboarding processes
Oversee employee performance appraisal and development plans
Ensure legal compliance in all HR matters
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues
Contribute to the development of the company's HR strategy

A successful HR Officer should have:

A degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience as an HR Officer, preferably in the Transport & Distribution industry
