Konnect Recruit are working alongside a PLC developer that is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee 2 large, multiphase housing schemes in Surrey and Berkshire.

Based from their offices in Surrey the ideal candiate will have previously worked for a top 4 developer, will have worked on multi phase housng schemes and have some knowledge of timber frame construction.

The client is a well known developer with a large land bank of strategic projects, therefore the client is looking for a long term appointment
