TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition AND RdSAP Surveyors on a 6 MONTH contract starting 4th November in/around Brentwood to survey OVER 2000 properties.

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software.

Outside IR35 role 
Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats - Very Good Rates - £250 to £350 a day
Over 2000 properties to be surveyed
Properties located in/around the Brentwood area
Team of 5 surveyors required - refer a friend for a JOB!
ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the door knocking properties.
6 MONTH CONTRACT - possible extension.
Full time only - 4/5 days a week and around 50+ surveys to be completed weekly.
