Personal Assistant (PA)
Job Summary
The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide comprehensive administrative support to [Group Managing Director] by managing their schedule, coordinating meetings, and ensuring efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, including scheduling appointments and ensuring proper time management.
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Prepare and organize documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
2. Communication:
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and clients, employees, and partners.
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the executive.
- Respond to inquiries and manage correspondence effectively.
3. Meeting Coordination:
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
- Attend meetings and take minutes when necessary.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is available for effective discussions.
4. Project Management:
- Assist in managing and tracking projects or initiatives as directed.
- Follow up on action items and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
5. Office Management:
- Ensure the office environment is organized and conducive to productivity.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, and coordinate maintenance as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new team members and organizing orientation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, or hospitality based background.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard hours if required.
Education:
- Suitable qualification in administration or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Certification in office management or a related field is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary based on experience. - £30-£35k plus other benefits
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
