Job title: Receptionist (Temporary)

A well-known company based in Evesham are searching for a Receptionist to cover their reception on a casual basis to cover sickness, holiday and busy periods. 

Shift available Evesham: Friday 6th September 8:30 – 17:00
Shift available Evesham: Monday 9th September to Friday 20th September 8:30 – 17:00

This is flexible ad-hoc work that can work around hours to suit most situations, ideally suiting anyone interested in part-time hours or looking to build on your skills. 

As a Receptionist you will be responsible for:

Being the first point of contact for returning or new customers to the dealership.
Directing customers to the correct people when they come into the dealership.
Answering customer queries via the phone, face to face and email.
Forwarding on emails to the relevant people/department.
Other general Reception duties.As a Receptionist you will be required to:

Have previous experience working as a Receptionist.
Have a good phone manner.
be understanding and empathetic when customers come with an issue.
Be adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a team when required to do so.
Have previous experience working in a position where you were on the phone often.
