You'll be supporting a Year 4 class in Reading, working closely with the teacher to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Your role will involve:

Supporting students in class - Helping children grasp key concepts in English, Maths, and Science in Reading.
Small group and 1:1 support - Assisting students who need extra help with their learning in Reading.
Learning classroom management - Gaining hands-on experience in behaviour management and lesson planning in Reading.
