A Local Authority client of ours is currently seeking an interim Estates Surveyor in Worcestershire for an initial 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Navigate landlord and tenant matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals, rent arrears, and new lettings.
Lead general estates management initiatives and actively participate in asset management tasks and general queries.
Service charge work.Qualifications:

MRICS qualification and Registered Valuer status is not mandatory.Experience:

Proven experience in commercial Estates Management is essential, preferably within a Local Authority context, the portfolio is solely commercial.Work Arrangement:
