What We Offer:

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Incentivised commision structure

Hours: 40 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts.

Sourcing, interviewing, and placing temporary candidates.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction at all times.

Collaborating with a friendly, supportive team to meet targets and achieve success.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in recruitment or sales is desirable, but not essential.

A proactive, ambitious attitude and a passion for people.

Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships.

A highly motivated and results-driven mindset.
