WHO WILL YOU BE JOINING?

We are an independent agency and one of only 8 national agencies with a government education contract, providing you access to a volume of business our competitors can't offer!

You will be joining a small but successful and growing team in Manchester of 6, boasting over 30 years’ experience between them, who offer a hybrid working environment utilising a city centre office and home-based virtual office. You will be reporting to and learning from an industry top performing Recruitment Consultant where their support will be on hand as much or as little as needed, we offer a bespoke and tailored learning and developing programme and also promote an emphasis on self-learning and development and accountability; recruitment is all about attitude, hard work and determination!

As a member of our team, you can join various committees that focus on community and charity work, diversity, equity, and inclusion (D, E & I), mental health and well-being, and don't forget the annual, paid for, overseas conference!?

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE?
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll master the art of recruitment, from actively sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring safeguarding and compliance. You'll develop new business through various sales techniques, manage large accounts, and ultimately, mentor other staff members, with your eye on becoming the next Recruitment Team Leader.

To excel in this role, you must be resilient and tenacious, with strong communication skills to build authentic relationships, as this is key to success. You should be determined, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, a problem solver who can think on your feet while working under pressure to meet targets in an ever-changing environment.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

Meeting weekly KPIs and targets with the support of your team
Using diverse business development tools to establish relationships with schools
Recruiting staff using various techniques, such as creating adverts, sourcing candidates online, building a strong social media presence, and headhunting
Conducting telephone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews with candidates
Collaborating with the specialised compliance team to ensure candidates are fully qualified to work
Proactively filling your clients' vacancy requirements swiftly
Mentoring your colleagues
Completing training that will pave the way for you to become the next team leader
ARE YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE?

A recent graduate with a degree in fields such as sales, customer service, sports, drama, business & management, Leisure & Tourism, psychology and HR
Tenacious and resilient
Confident in communication and adept at building genuine relationships with individuals at all levels
Comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-driven, fast-paced environment
Naturally inquisitive, skilled at asking open-ended questions
Committed, proactive, self-motivated, and reliable

WHAT WILL BE YOUR WORKING HOURS?
During term time: 7am - 5pm (with a 4.30 pm finish on Fridays)
During school holidays: 9am - 3.30pm
