What You'll Do:

* Provide comprehensive HR support, from onboarding to performance management

* Manage monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

* Drive recruitment initiatives to attract top talent

* Coordinate training programs and support apprenticeship schemes

* Maintain HR systems and deliver critical business insights

* Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures

You'll Thrive in This Role If You Have:

* Previous HR generalist experience in a manufacturing setting

* Hands-on payroll processing experience

* CIPD qualification (or currently working towards it)

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

* A proactive approach and the initiative to drive projects to completion

* A commitment to fairness and integrity in all HR processes

* Excellent communication skills, able to interact effectively at all levels
