Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Job Description

Location:

Thurmaston, Leicester

Job Type:

Permanent, Full-Time

Salary:

£40,000 - £44,000 per annum

Job Duties:

Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
Ensure PPM schedule is adhered to & all relevant documentation is completed
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and repair as needed
Conduct regular inspections to identify faults and potential problems
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Keep accurate maintenance records
Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer
PLC Knowledge, HMI Controls
17th/18th Edition
Mechanical, Pneumatic and Hydraulics
Relevant engineering qualifications
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Essential Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years’ post qualification experience working in a fast-paced factory environment.
You must be qualified to minimum NVQ level 3 - or HND, HNC, ONC, City & Guilds etc. in a relevant subject.

Hours & Shifts:

4 shifts on & 4 days off
            12hr shifts

            Four shifts of 6am-6pm / 6pm - 6am
