Are you an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver looking for a stable, long-term opportunity? We are hiring for a well-established company in North Milton Keynes (MK12), offering a fantastic temp-to-perm position with excellent earning potential.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

? Safely operate Counterbalance Forklifts to move and stack materials
? Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets efficiently
? Organize and maintain stock within the warehouse
? Inspect and maintain forklift equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
? Follow all health & safety regulations to prevent workplace incidents
? Work as part of a team to meet productivity targets

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Valid Counterbalance FLT License (essential)
✔ Previous warehouse or logistics experience operating forklifts
✔ Good understanding of safety procedures and compliance
✔ Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently
✔ Physical fitness to handle repetitive tasks and heavy lifting
✔ Team player with good communication skills
