About the Role:
An established, independent estate agency in Ash Vale is looking to hire a driven Lettings Negotiator to join their busy and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their career in lettings within a supportive, professional, and well-respected local agency. You will be responsible for generating new business, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
Conducting property viewings
Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
Generating new business through canvassing and prospecting
Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
Ensuring compliance with relevant lettings legislation
Progressing tenancies from offer stage through to move-in

The Ideal Candidate:

1+ year of lettings experience (negotiator level or higher)
Target-driven with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Confident, articulate, and well-presented
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of the Surrey lettings market preferred
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (mileage allowance provided)Package & Benefits:

Basic salary: £22,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience)
OTE: £40,000+ uncapped commission structure
Mileage allowance / car expenses covered
Ongoing training and career progression opportunities
