We're looking for a freelance Quantity Surveyor with strong estimating skills to support a highways contract. You'll need experience in highways maintenance, with the ability to price jobs from limited details and factor in traffic management (TM) requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Proven QS experience in highways
- Strong estimating skills from high-level scopes
- Understanding of TM impacts on costs
- NEC contract knowledge preferred
