Location: Nuneaton

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:10 - 16:30; Friday, 08:00 - 15:30

Powder Coater Pay Rate: £12.44 per hour (inclusive of attendance bonus)

Duration: Temp to perm position

Salary Review: After 12 weeks, with an increase based on performance and monthly attendance bonus and premium paid overtime rates

Empowered Personnel has an excellent opportunity for a Powder Coating Operative to join a well-established, rapidly expanding manufacturing company based in Nuneaton.

This position requires previous manufacturing experience, as well as flexibility to learn other elements of the business, including assembly work, operating machinery and production welding. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Of A Powder Coater:

• Preparing surfaces for painting through cleaning and sanding
• Hanging panels for powder coating
• Operating hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures, including mandatory PPE usage
• Inspecting products for any damage or faults before coating
• Reading and following detailed instructions and established procedures

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous manufacturing experience (essential)
• Willingness to learn assembly work and operate machinery as needed
