Sales Coordinator

Are you a detail orientated and organised employee? We are looking to engage with candidates that have experience in the use of MS Excel alongside CRM system management. You will have excellent interpersonal skills with a clear and polite telephone manner. Some travel may be required in this role with the odd occasional overnight stay, so the ability to be flexible when required is essential!

Location: Brandon, Suffolk

Hours: 8.30am – 17.00pm Monday - Friday

Hourly Rate / Salary: £23,000 - £26,000

Benefits: 20 holidays + 8 bank holidays (increases over a longer period of your service), pension scheme, attendance bonus, employee suggestion scheme and annual Christmas party

Duration: Permanent

* Previous Sales Administration experience

* Use of MS Excel and MS Office

* Clear and polite telephone manner is essential

What will your day look like:

* Hosting bespoke customer specification meetings on site

* Processing specifications and sales orders

* Updating of the CRM system

* Coordination of relevant paperwork across departments

* Dealing with customer enquires via email and telephone

* Issue specifications to production for manufacture

* Filing and scanning of documents

* Data entry

* Scheduling of appointments and diary management

* Assistance at off-site Trade Shows, as and when required
