C&B Recruitment are currently looking for an experience Service Advisor to join a reputable main dealer in leeds. With a forward thinking brand, this company require someone willing to go the extra mile,

focus on the customer and provide a first class service at all times. 

Key Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone

Scheduling service appointments and maintaining an organised service department

Advising customers on necessary service and maintenance to be performed

Handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency

Collaborating with technicians and other service advisors to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications and Skills

Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role

Strong communication and customer service skills

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance requirements

An understanding of dealership operations and service processes
