Thorn Baker Construction are looking for Multitrader to start on a council housing project located in sandwell, candidates whom have worked in the void / social housing sector will be a good match as they will understand and also understand the opportunity that this role presents.

This role is a temporary role initially but can lead to a permanent role dependent upon your willingness to work with the team and get jobs completed to a high standard.

The Role;

Ensure working area is safe and in no danger prior to commencing work
Ensure relevant tools are taken into property.
Carry out basic / general plumbing works, joinery, tiling, painting & Plastering
Occupier or tick off work to notify office of job completion
· Work to drawings / specifications provided

About You:

· Candidates must have a valid CSCS card
