Job Title - Electrician - Facilities Management
Salary - 40K
Location - Merseyside
Benefits - 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Company Bonus, 5% Pension
Nicholas Associates Group (Engineering & Technical) are recruiting for a commercial electrician for our client, a newly established and thriving low carbon renewable energy and M&E building services business with increasing demand and exciting growth plans.
The position has emerged due to a rapid increase in business enquiries and investments. They thus require an electrically biased engineer with a background in building maintenance to support their growing team covering the North West.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance, fault finding and repairs on a host of building equipment
Equipment includes a strong emphasis on BMS(Building Management Systems) HVAC(Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) and a variety of general electrical equipment
Covering the North West region
Predominantly electrical with some mechanical work
Working within NHS and education environments
Required Skills and Experience
Experience in electrical building maintenance
Customer facing skills, communication skills and a manner befitting the work environment
Qualifications in a related field and awareness of building regulations
Driving License
