About the Company
Our client is a leading main contractor (t/o circa £400m) who operate throughout the UK and Ireland overseeing major new build and refurb/re-fit projects in the Residential, Commercial, Hotel and Mixed-use sectors.
About the Role
They are looking to recruit a high calibre Senior Site Manager to oversee a major cut & carve project (£40m) in West London which will consist of structural alterations to existing offices, plus new floors and façade replacement.
Required Skills
• A minimum of 5-10 years Site Management experience with Main Contractors
• Previous experience of “Cut & Carve” projects would be a district advantage
• Trades or Technical background will be considered
• Relevant industry qualifications

This will be permanent employment, the contract scheduled for approx. 18 months
