Role: Channel Controller
Location: HARIBO Castleford/Pontefract (Hybrid working- 3 days per week in the office and 2 from home)

Are you an experienced Channel Controller looking to supply the essential ingredients at Haribo? Do you want to experience childlike happiness, every day at work? Reporting to the Sales Director, you will lead and develop the channel team in driving volume, value, and market share growth across a portfolio of national account customers, with a strategic focus on key brands and long-term sales drivers. This will involve optimizing account performance, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring the execution of initiatives that support sustained business growth.

How you’ll contribute to the mix: 
 
- Performance improvement through leading, coaching and managing a team of NAMs and NAEs
- Develop a tailored channel plan to deliver all commercial goals 
- Ensuring profitable business growth through the effective strategic business management of selected customers
- To develop and nurture senior customer relationships across buying, category and operations
 
Can you supply our essential ingredients? 
 
- 2+ years’ experience as a Channel Controller (Grocery or Wholesale & Convenience)
- Sales strategy and strategic business management 
- Strong commercial awareness and customer relationships 
- Ability to forecast 
- Strong key stakeholder and performance management skills
