Seafreight Import Coordinator - Exeter - Up to £30,000

We are seeking an Import Coordinator to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in import coordination and logistics, with a proven ability to manage and monitor the importing process from beginning to end.

Coordinate the import process, including documentation, customs clearance, and transportation.
Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other parties to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
Ensure compliance with import regulations and requirements
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
Resolve any issues or delays related to the import process
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize import processes and proceduresRequirements

2-3 Years proven experience in import coordination, preferably in Freight Forwarding
Strong knowledge of import regulations and customs procedures
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
