About the Role
As a Facade Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing costs, budgets, and contracts across high-profile facade packages, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You’ll work closely with clients, Tier 1 contractors, and internal teams to maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

* Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 (dependent on experience)

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 2-3 years' Quantity Surveying experience, ideally within a subcontractor environment.
* A relevant degree or HNC qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
* Experience managing costs and budgets for facade, cladding, or external envelope packages.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and the wider team.
* The ability to work independently, ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, and within budget
