Are you ready to take on a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment? Maelor Foods is seeking dedicated and hardworking Production Operatives to join our team at our state-of-the-art abattoir.

Role Overview

As a Production Operative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of our production processes. Each day brings new challenges, requiring adaptability, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

Wear the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and be prepared for tasks such as hanging products.
Assist in cleaning and maintaining the production area to ensure hygiene and safety standards are met.
Perform start-up checks, ensuring the knife steriliser is operational and adequately filled.
Clean knives thoroughly before placing them in the steriliser and ensure the knife steriliser remains clean and functional throughout the shift.
