Health Visitor

We have exciting opportunities for expeirienced Health Visitors to join teams with an established client bases around Brent and Hampstead.

Responsibilities:

* Providing the Health Child programme for 0-5 children and families.

* Supporting safeguarding

* Attending CP conferences Core groups, early help and mentoring.

* Completing home visits

* Running clinics for Universal Plus and Partnership Plus

Applicants must be qualified Health visitors with experience with the use of Rio
