ABC Teachers, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Activity Leader to join our schools in Sutton Coldfield and the surrounding areas working as a Cover Supervisor. The School and Role:

Supervise students and maintain a positive learning environment in the absence of regular teachers.
Follow pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure that learning objectives are met.
Manage classroom behavior and promote a culture of respect and engagement.
Provide support to students as needed, answering questions and offering guidance.
Located in Sutton Coldfield and the surrounding areas.
Great public transport link.
Requirements:

The successful Activity Leader will have;

Previous experience working with children within the last 10 years. 
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to adapt to various subjects and teaching styles.
Flexibility to work and adapt to different situations.
Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK.
ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship.
*All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
