Are you a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher looking to inspire the next generation? Veritas Education is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive school team in Pontefract, starting in September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons to students of all abilities.

Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum and school policies.

Provide feedback and support to students to help them achieve their academic goals.

Contribute to the development of the Maths department and school-wide initiatives.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative classroom environment.

What We Are Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a related subject.

A passion for teaching and inspiring students in their understanding of Mathematics.

Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.

A commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

The ability to work well within a team and contribute to the success of the department.
