What will you do as an Operations Lead?

* Direct the end-to-end operations and relationships with 3PL partners

* Manage contracts for sales growth, upholding brand reputation

* Supervise daily commercial operations, maintaining performance and success

* Oversee internal commercial projects, for delivery within scope and budget

* Develop supply chain strategies to reduce cost and improve efficiency overall

* Work with account managers for accurate forecasting and optimal stock levels

* Monitor performance against KPI’s across internal and third-party performance

What do you need as an Operations Lead?

* Understanding of forecasting and managing stock availability

* Appreciation of commercial objectives and vendor management

* Ability to manage vendor relationships and oversee contracts

* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or similar

* Proven background in operations management, within consumer goods or e-commerce

* Proficiency in ERP software and data analysis and performance metrics
