The Requirements

Significant experience in commercial property law.
Ability to independently manage commercial property transactions.
A commercially minded approach with a focus on business development.
Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
A commitment to building long-term client relationships.
Attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.

The Responsibilities

Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions.
Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other property-related legal documents.
Liaise with clients, agents, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
Handle post-completion formalities, including Land Registry registrations.
Keep abreast of legal and regulatory updates, offering advice on developments.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities.
Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver multi-disciplinary client services.

Job Title: Commercial Property Expert

Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Location: Brighton (Hybrid)
