Monday to Friday
5am to 1pm
 
Duties include:

Prepare fish for individual customer orders
Adhere to current legislation of food hygiene/health & safety
Adhere to company procedures regarding cross contamination and allergens
Accurately prepare individual customer orders and ensure orders are despatched in the correct packaging and maximum quality standards
Complete order tickets accurately with weights/counts and supplier for product traceability and invoicing
Maintain stock control for optimum quality and to keep waste to absolute minimum
Assist in the cleaning down of the preparation area at the end of the shift
Drive and deliver goods to local establishments if required  
Requirements:

Clean driving licence.
Experience in a similar role, however this is desirable as training can be provided.
