Job: Multi Trader

Area: Chingford Office, however covering East, North & West London

Salary: £37,000 - £38,000

My client a leading social housing contractor are currently seeking a number of multi traders to join there books on a perm contract. This would include van, fuel card, pensions, holidays etc.

Duties:

* Carpentry works

* Plumbing works

* 1st and 2nd fix works

* Social housing repair works

Requirements:

* NVQ in Trade

* Knowledge of repairs and maintenance Health and Safety

* Full driving licence

* Knowledge of Repairs Maintenance

* Experience of working in Social Housing
