Key responsibilities include:

Improve operational efficiency by utilizing decision support systems.
Communicate and ensure compliance with internal and external policies, legal guidelines, and labour laws.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers, authorities, and stakeholders.
Coach, mentor, and develop resource planning teams, focusing on performance and succession planning.
Support sustainability initiatives by optimizing resources and contributing to energy and emissions reduction goals.
Ensure safe and secure operations across all areas.Profile

The successful candidate would have:

Proven track record in resource optimization in a labour-intensive business.
Experience working across multiple product lines and geographic business units.
Direct P&L responsibility for a similar-sized, complex business, with financial knowledge in labour costs, fleet costs, and forecasting.
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
Ability to travel, hold a UK driving license, and obtain security clearance.Job Offer
