Having recently expanded upon services within Birmingham they are currently looking for an Administrative Coordinator to help contribute to the high-quality service they provide to those in need. Could that be you?
Vacancy Brief:
* Our client is seeking employees on a ‘temp’ basis with the potential to go permanent, meaning successful candidates will have the chance to obtain a permanent role and truly invest in their professional development within a growing service.
* Required working hours in this vacancy are 37.50 per week.
* Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, must be flexible across the week occasionally.
* This vacancy is based in Leicester, LE4
* Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite and social media.
* Excellent pay rate: candidate’s will be paid £13.15 PAYE Or £16.77 per hour Umbrella.
* Full UK Drivers license and access to a vehicle is preferrable.
* Enhanced DBS will be required for this role.
The Duties & Responsibilities:
* The Administration Officer will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including managing cash flow, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, handling correspondence, maintaining records, ensuring compliance with cooperative rules, and providing support to Committee Members.
* They will also be actively involved in assisting with community activities such as the community food hub, including food shopping and supporting volunteers as required.
* The Administrative coordinator will be tasked with coordinating travel, accommodation, and reservations for management committee members.
* Furthermore, you will ensure proper calling of meetings, record attendance, retain meeting minutes, and maintain the register of members and officers.
This is a role for someone who is adaptable and flexible to handle diverse tasks and changing priorities.
